Our story
From Albanian roots to Albanian groves.
Every summer in Albania reminded us how much a place can live in a simple meal. We created our own olive oil to carry that memory home—honest in flavor, thoughtful in design, and made to be shared.
Albanian roots
Our producer · Elbasan, Albania
Our groves in the Elbasan region are cared for year-round with rigorous oversight and sustainable, chemical-free farming. Each November, we harvest as olives turn from green to violet—choosing fewer olives for more polyphenols and flavor. To ensure low acidity and maximum freshness, our olives are pressed within 24 hours. Continuous-cycle machinery stays below 28°C, extracting the oil without water or solvents to preserve natural antioxidants and Valmi’s distinct, authentic flavor.
